Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour date will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund. If the tour is canceled by the operator due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule the tour.
